Cancellations
Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply, such as custom orders; see below).
Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours, so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (249) 504-0440 or email sales@fiorerestaurantequipment.com, at any time.
Cancellations (After Order Ships)
If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, please contact us as at (249) 504-0440 or email sales@fiorerestaurantequipment.com soon as possible and we will do our very best to cancel your order before it ships. Please note however, that if we cannot cancel the order in time, an order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped. The order can still be returned by following the guidelines in the Return details below.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom-made to your specifications and created once you order. Once you place your order, they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Returns
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that all returned items are to be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels intact. Kindly note that you will be required to arrange for a courier to return the parcel back and you will also be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as well as a 25% restocking fee on any return.
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will proceed with processing your return. Processing times will vary from 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Please also note that refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email sales@fiorerestaurantequipment.com, to begin the process. If applicable, you will receive return authorization information as well as a return address to send the item(s) to. Once you receive the return authorization and address information to send the item(s) to, securely place and re-seal the item back in its original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier with a trackable method to mail your return.
Exchanges
In the event that you opt to exchange a product(s) from your order for another, you may do so within 30 days. Please be aware that all exchanged items are to be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels intact. Kindly note that you will be required to arrange for a courier to return the parcel back and you will also be accountable for the associated return shipping expenses, along with a 25% restocking fee applicable to the original products. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred for the new item(s) you select as replacements.

If applicable, you will receive return authorization information, a return address to send the item(s) to and additional information regarding arrangements for the new product(s) you are requesting. Once you receive the return authorization and address information to send the unwanted item(s) to, securely place and re-seal the item back in its original packaging. Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a description of the damage, to sales@fiorerestaurantequipment.com within 24 hours. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Wrong Item Delivered
In the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong product, contact sales@fiorerestaurantequipment.com within 24 hours to initiate the replacement process.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim
Chargebacks
Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned items are back in the warehouse and have been inspected. Please also note that refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
Return method: By Mail or Courier
Item condition: New/Unopened
Restocking fee: 25% of the product price.
Refund processing time: 7 business days after landing back at warehouse and item has been inspected.

Shipping Locations
We ship throughout all the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US islands. For shipping to these areas or any inquiries regarding shipping to these locations, please contact us first to confirm deliverability, upon which we can arrange for a quotation.
Your order will be directed to the nearest freight terminal, with the carrier scheduling curb-side delivery at your convenience.
Where We Ship From
Our products are sourced from multiple manufacturers, each with their own warehouse facilities. As such, all orders are shipped directly from the manufacturers' warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery at the lowest cost, utilizing their preferred couriers or shipping methods. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure efficient and timely delivery, however, please be aware that shipping methods and carriers may differ based on the manufacturer and their location. Nevertheless, rest assured that our manufacturers are committed to employing reliable shipping practices to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Shipping Options
Our base "curb-side" pickup shipping option is free, with delivery taking 5-7 days after order submission. We may offer additional shipping options, including Threshold Shipping, where the item is brought into a sheltered area, however please contact us for more information about these options before placing your order.
Missing Items
In the unlikely event that an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours to make a claim with the freight company.
Refusals
Refusing delivery for reasons other than evident damage or a shipping mistake will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus related shipping charges.
Receiving Your Order and Handling Shipment Damages
Upon arrival, the shipping company will contact you to schedule your delivery. Please follow these steps:
Please Note: Damages are categorized into two parts. Visible and Concealed Damages.
Visible Damages are damages that are apparent on the crate/packaging.
If visible damages present, note precise details on the delivery receipt.
Concealed Damages are damages to the equipment ordered, but the exterior packaging was clear, in-tact and undamaged.
If concealed damages are found after unboxing, report them within 24 hours. Claims after this period cannot be addressed.
